DO YOU KNOW THE MOVE OVER LAW !!!!! Caroline was the victim of road rage because of it !! Saturday evening on the 103 – RCMP had a car pulled over – the police cruiser had its lights flashing ! Caroline moved into the passing lane .. and slowed to about 70 kilometers per hour .. when a male driver passed her in the right lane – without slowing down. He passed right in between Caroline and the stopped Police car. A few kilometers later.. the male driver slowed down .…. slamming on his brakes in front of Carolines vehicle .. as she passed him, he flipped her off .. screaming obscenties through his open window. This jackass doesn’t realize he broke the law. Back in 2010 – NS passed the move over law ! The ‘move over’ legislation requires drivers to slow down to 60 kilometres per hour, or the posted speed limit if it is lower, when passing a stopped emergency vehicle with its lights flashing.
