Like most Shepherds, Kaiser can take a minute to be comfortable when meeting some new people and then he will be your shadow, accompanying his favorite people everywhere he can, including the bathroom!
Kaiser loves playing with his toys and showing them off to everyone.
Kaiser previously lived with a dog but has exhibited dog reactivity (barking, pulling, jumping) since coming to the shelter. We believe he needs to be the only pet in his new home to really thrive.
