WET NOSE WEDNESDAY brought to you by Portland Street Honda.   How can someone abandon a dog in a home for a minimum of 2 weeks without food or water ?  Thank goodness the SPCA found ROCKY !  He’s about 8 years old .. a husky mix .  He was abandoned by his previous owner .. left all alone .. with no food or water !    But he’s doing ok !   He is on the mend .. and he truly is a sweet guy.   Rocky is very affectionate (after all that he’s gone through) and very well mannered.  If you have room in your heart and home for Rocky, visit him today at the SPCA in Burnside.    #wetnosewednesday
