Five-years-young Pepper is sure to put some pep in your step! This shy boy hangs out at the back of his kennel, but once he does a quick little “sniff test” and knows he can trust you, he melts into your arms. Pepper has beautiful brown and black markings and such a gentle demeanor. He was brought into our care just a few days ago and was covered in fleas.
