WET NOSE WEDNESDAY – brought to you by Race Auto Group

We love to introduce you to MeMe !!!   She is eight years young and is a black and white tabby cat.

  • In January, MeMe was surrendered to the SPCA through no fault of her own.
  • We noticed that she was weak and seemed stressed, so she went to a foster home in the hopes that she would turnaround.
  • Sadly, MeMe’s health took a turn for the worse… she ended up with Fatty Liver Disease. At this point, the disease could have been fatal if not treated rapidly and aggressively.
  • We inserted a feeding tube and started a careful feeding schedule. Slowly but surely, we nursed MeMe back to health. Now look at her go!! We were able to remove the tube and she is ready for her fresh start.
  • Once MeMe started feeling better, she was able to show off her adorable personality. She is sweet and sassy!
  • To set MeMe up for success, we believe she would thrive in a home with no kiddos and no other pets. A quiet, stress-free environment to keep this special girl feeling fabulous.
  • Drop by the Dartmouth SPCA to see MeMe for yourself today!
