WET NOSE WEDNESDAY :   This distinguished fella is ELI !

  • Sophisticated, gentle, loving… these are the top three traits I would use to describe this next kitty – Eli.
  • Eli was surrendered into our care back in mid-December. He spent Christmas with the SPCA and is the newest member of the Palliative Care Program.
  • 14-years-young, Eli has the sweetest soul and so much zest for life.
  • We discovered Eli has hyperthyroidism and kidney disease. To ensure these aren’t a barrier to being adopted, after Eli goes home with you the SPCA will continue to pay for his medical care. These can easily be managed and Eli can still live a comfortable, full and happy life.
  • We also discovered that Eli was declawed in the past. Especially because of this and his health, Eli’s perfect home would be indoors-only with no other cats.
  • Don’t let his age fool you – this fella has 14 years of experience giving headbutts and love. He is ready to shower you with love and affection!!
  • If you are fully vaccinated and not experiencing any symptoms, drop by the Dartmouth SPCA anytime we are open. If you are not fully vaccinated, please visit www.novascotiaspca.ca and we will schedule a time for you to visit. ??
