WET NOSE WEDNESDAY brought to you by Portland Street Honda.   This adorable fella is Chance.  He’s an 8 year old neutered male Shih Tzu mix.  He was surrendered over the SPCA because his owners couldn’t afford vets bills.  He does have a skin condition, but with the right medicine, he’ll be fine.   He’s a super sweet boy who loves food, toys and other dogs !
