According to US Weekly, Brad Pitt texting ex, Jennifer Aniston, about his split with Angelina Jolie.

Uh-Oh! Maybe Brannifer isn’t over?! Was Brannifer even a thing? We don’t know, but Brad Pitt may be texting ex Jennifer Aniston.

Brad Pitt is apparently leaning on ex-wife Jennifer Aniston as he goes through a divorce battle with Angelina Jolie.. Also (apparently) Justin Theroux has no problem with his wife’s friendship with Pitt.

According to Us Weekly, Pitt got ahold of Aniston’s phone number through friends and has “been texting” the actress.

The outlet reported that Pitt initially reached out to Aniston to wish her a happy birthday when she turned 48 on February 11th.

“They started talking once he wished her a happy birthday,” a source told the outlet.

Pitt then opened up to Aniston about his split from Jolie. She filed for divorce from Pitt in September citing “irreconcilable differences.”

“Brad told her he’s having a hard time with his split,” the source said. “And they exchanged a few texts reminiscing about the past.”

According to the outlet, Theroux is not worried about Aniston and Pitt communicating because he knows his wife is only trying to be nice.

“Justin is OK with them being friends,” US reported.

Last week, Jolie addressed her divorce from Pitt telling George Stephanopoulos on “Good Morning America” that her family was going to be OK.

“We are focusing on the health of our family and so we will be, we will be stronger when we come out of this because that’s what we’re determined to do as a family,” she said.

Who knows what the real reason is for Pitt to be chatting with Aniston. Maybe he just needs a friend? Or maybe he never got over stunning “Friends” star. Whatever the reason, we hope Pitt and Jolie can get through this unfortunate circumstance and Aniston just keeps doing what she’s doing!
